FY 2026 Programmatic Appropriations

Senator Richard Blumenthal’s Fiscal Year 2026 programmatic request form is now live. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, April 27th at 11:59 PM. Following this date, our office may accept submissions on a rolling basis.

As a reminder, this form is not for Congressionally Directed Spending requests (i.e. earmarks). These are requests for Congress to fund an authorized federal program at a specific level or to include language directing a federal agency to implement a program in a specific way. If you are interested in Congressionally Directed Spending, also known as Community Funded Project Funding or Earmarks, for a specific project in Connecticut, please navigate to our Congressionally Directed Spending tab.
