Programmatic Requests

Senator Richard Blumenthal’s Fiscal Year 2026 programmatic request form is now live.

The deadline for submissions is Sunday, April 27th at 11:59 PM. Following this date, our office may  accept submissions on a rolling basis.

Important note: If you are a nonprofit or governmental entity in Connecticut and would like to request funding for your organization, that is Congressionally Directed Spending. Please join the appropriate listserv here.
