Senator Blumenthal Praises Yale Decision to Reinstate Navy ROTC Program

(Hartford, CT) – Senator Richard Blumenthal released a statement today praising Yale University’s decision to reinstate the United States Navy’s Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program.
