Blumenthal Statement on the Reported Nomination of Senator Jeff Sessions to be Attorney General

[WASHINGTON, D.C.] – U.S. Richard Blumenthal released the following statement today following reports that U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) will be nominated to serve as the Attorney General in the Administration of President-Elect Donald Trump. Blumenthal serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which will consider the nomination.
