Blumenthal Statement on Death of Judge Robert Satter

(Hartford, CT) – Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) released this statement following the death of Superior Court Judge Robert Satter: 

“In my three and a half decades of courtroom work, I rarely encountered a judge more insightful, fair, persuasive, and visionary. He was a credit to his profession, the bar, and bench, with a profound and powerful purpose to do justice and seek the best in people. My deep gratitude goes to his family for his decades of public service along with my sympathy.”
