(Hartford, CT) – U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) issued the following statement regarding the appointments of Clark Chapin to serve as Connecticut Farm Service Agency State Director and George Krivda to serve as Rural Development State Director.
